Success storyOur Dementia Friendly Health Walk Group of the Year award goes to Portobello Promenade-Aging Well, Edinburgh Leisure. The Portobello volunteers have been great at encouraging and continue motivating participants to get outside and enjoy the fresh air!

Catherine has been a motivational team leader keeping her team positive while achieving 1,000,000 steps in every challenge to date, as well as a climb up Ben Nevis!
