Buggy Walks are a fun way for mums, dads, grandparents and carers to meet new people, chat and share experiences on a safe and welcoming walk led by trained walk leaders.

Interested in starting up a new Buggy Walk?
You can join one of our Walk Leader training courses which take place all over Scotland. You will learn about the benefits of being active, what the roles and responsibilities of a walk leader are, and how to plan and risk assess safe walking routes for your group.
