We have now restarted our weekly walks - in and around the village only at this time.

Walk is free - walkers pay the cost of refreshments after the walk and also any social function throughout the year.
Duration 1-1.5 hours with option to do a shorter walk - quarterly details are given to all walkers.
Strength and balance excercises once a month before the walk.
