The Strength & Balance Group meet on the first Wednesday of each month (along with twice yearly, a whole month of Wednesdays!).
We meet in the Kemnay village hall for a 10am start and finish by 11:30am
We demonstrate a set of simple exercises for adults who want to live life to the full and then have a short walk followed by tea/coffee.
All Health Walk Leaders involved in this group have undergone training by Paths for All.
