Paths for All are delighted to announce that Kevin Lafferty is joining us as Chief Executive Officer in September

Kevin Lafferty

Kevin Lafferty will join Paths for All from Scottish Forestry where he is the National Policy Advisor for Access, Health and Recreation. Kevin is passionate about walking and believes walking is the natural choice to improve people’s lives.

Speaking about his appointment, Marcus Sangster, Chair of Paths for All’s Board of Directors said:

The Paths for All board are delighted to welcome Kevin. He brings experience from an extensive and successful 25-year career within the public sector having demonstrated inspirational leadership of teams from his current role at Scottish Forestry and previously within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s physical activity team.

"Kevin has an invaluable mix of the right skills, connections, and experience to ensure Paths for All will thrive as we lead the way out of the pandemic to a happier, healthier greener Scotland.

The role of Paths for All’s Chief Executive Officer became vacant following the sudden death of Ian Findlay CBE in March 2021.
