When & Where

Please see the individual walks below for times and locations

Ageing Well Midlothian provides a range of activities to encourage the over 50s to increase their physical activity levels.

Weekly activities include singing, dancing, new age kurling, badminton, walking football and walking netball. Its friendly Health Walks are suitable for all abilities. There are three levels of walks. Walk and Talk lasting approximately 20 mins and Strollers and Striders generally last approximately an hour, one slightly faster than the other. We always end with a refreshment and chat. You might enjoy it so much that you decide to become a walk leader!
