Maud Village Trust Health Walk Group will run two weekly walks in and around the village of Maud. The Old Mart Resource Centre is opening it's doors to the public as a Health & Wellbeing Hub for Central Buchan and it will facilitate many different sessions in addition to the health walks to benefit clients physical and mental health, improve confidence and empower people to look after themselves and create a happy and healthy community.
