Touch of Love plans to launch a "Walk for Health" project, aiming to promote physical activity and wellness among Minority Ethnic families, migrants, and New Scots in Aberdeen. Our initiative will focus on organizing regular, guided health walks in local parks and community spaces, providing an accessible way for participants to engage in physical activity while fostering social connections within their community.

Touch of Love is a dedicated charity based in Aberdeen, committed to supporting individuals facing significant socio-economic challenges. We offer a range of services, including food banks, family support programs, and youth initiatives, all aimed at alleviating poverty and enhancing community integration.

With the "Walk for Health" project, we aim to reach individuals and families who are typically less active, have limited access to recreational activities, or experience barriers to participating in mainstream sports and health programs. The project will not only promote physical health but also mental well-being by encouraging outdoor activity and social interaction, crucial for individuals adjusting to life in a new country and community. Through Paths for All’s support, we hope to establish a sustainable, impactful program that enhances the quality of life for Aberdeen's diverse population.
