Walk ON combines walking and reading to allow you to take part in a short health walk, and then relax with your fellow walkers over a cup of tea and a chat about books. Enjoy all the benefits of joining in with fellow walkers on a regular walk and then combine this with an informal session where our reading group facilitator will introduce you to a selection of different titles at each session. Sit back, relax and enjoy being read to, discover or rediscover the joys of reading and join in the discussions over a cuppa. You don't need to read any books in advance and we welcome everyone regardless of reading ability. Walk ON is absolutely free!
