Welcome to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland’s Walking for Health Project.
This low level, inclusive health walk is part of our Community Support Services offer. Based in Barshaw Park, it is friendly, accessible, and led by experienced walk leaders.
This is a closed walk for individuals with chest, heart, stroke or long covid conditions. You can also bring a carer or friend/family member to help support you on the walk. Please contact Lynette Hall on 07717 273014 / lynette.hall@chss.org.uk to attend.
