Social-able Senior Saunter from 10am at the corner of Broomburn Medical Centre, 257 Mearns Road. Two walks are offered: A low level walk for people looking to start some form of gentle exercise for 30 minutes and a longer walk with a little bit more of a challenge for those who feel able up to 50 minutes.
