Welcome to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland’s Walking for Health Project.

This low level, inclusive health walk is part of our Community Support Services offer. Based in Newton Park, it is friendly, accessible, and led by experienced walk leaders.

This is an open walk for all abilities but also to support individuals with chest, heart, stroke or long covid conditions. You can also bring a carer or friend/family member to help support you on the walk. Please contact either Fearghas on 07821 681982/fearghas.thomson@chss.org.uk or Lindsay (South Ayrshire Council) on 01292 616249/Lindsay.Johnson@south-ayrshire.gov.uk to attend.
